1. All delegates must register through the APMA 2026 Online Registration Form.
Only form submissions will be accepted.
2. Payment
Deposit your payment to the official APMA bank account and email your proof of payment to the Secretariat.
Your registration is confirmed only after payment verification.
For international delegates:
You are encouraged to coordinate with your national or regional pest control association for consolidated payment to reduce international transfer fees.
3. Control Number
A Control Number will be issued once your registration is verified.
Bring this on event day for express badge and kit pickup.
4. Walk-In Delegates
Walk-ins are allowed but will undergo onsite encoding, payment, and verification before kit release.
Processing time may be longer.
5. Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person from the same organization.
6. Data Privacy
Information you submit will be used only for event administration, certificates, and official communication.
